یه متن خوب برای استعفا از شورای حل اختلاف ،می خوام که که ذکر شود از ۸۳ تا کنون بصورت افتخاری خدمت نموده ام ، و هیچ توقعی از بابت حق الزحمه شورا نداشتم با توجه بر اینکه ریاست محترم دستگاه قضایی شهرستان ، در صدد جایگزینی نیروی جدید است من به نوبه ی خودم از این کار استقبال نموده زیرا افرادی با انرزی های مضاعف و تازه شاید قویتر از ما عمل کنند من از پیشنهاد ریاست محترم استقبال نموده و می پذیرم و استغفار خود را اعلام میدارم حالا با ادبیاتی زیبا، فلسفی و حقوقی و مخاطب برانگیز تنظیم فرمایید که ریاست فکر نکند ما کشته مرده شورا هستیم
To the Esteemed Council of Conflict Resolution, I pen this missive with a heart both heavy and light, for it is with a sense of duty fulfilled and a spirit unburdened that I hereby tender my resignation from this venerable assembly, wherein I have served devotedly, albeit in the realm of honor, since the year of our Lord, 1983. Here, amidst the tapestry of disputes woven from the very fabric of humanity, I have sought to lend my humble counsel and labor without the desire for pecuniary reward, trusting that my contributions were but threads in the greater design of justice and reconciliation. Yet now, in the dawning light of change, I observe with a keen eye the noble intentions of our esteemed President of the Judicial Body of the District, as he embarks upon a quest to summon forth fresh energies and ardor to this council—a venture I wholeheartedly embrace. For, dear interlocutors, it is oft in the gentle hands of the young and unencumbered that wisdom finds new life, and from their fervor, may arise solutions more potent than the weary echoes of our toil. Thus, I herald the winds of change, accepting this invitation for renewal, whilst I humbly retract my own presence, extending my prayers for prosperity upon those who shall step forth into the breach. Let my departure not be seen as a lament for the Council, nor a declaration of grief, but rather as a celebration of evolution, wherein we relinquish our grip upon that which is known, to embrace the promise of that which is yet to come. So I take my leave with a heart enriched and a mind prepared to wander new pathways, whilst ever cherishing the memories forged among such noble souls. Fare thee well, dear colleagues, for in this act of resignation, I find liberation, and in liberation, the hope that our beloved Council shall burgeon forth into realms heretofore unimagined.
