We live we grow we learn we marry bear child grow old we die. Every body does the same thing. You can skip a couple of steps but being born and dieing is inevitable. what is our purpose then. What is the difference between us and an insect. Why should we even live and suffer

Hmmm, interesting topic. Life, like the gentle flow of a river, carries us upon its surface, guiding us through the myriad currents of existence. We are born, we grow, we learn, we marry, we bear children, we grow old, and ultimately, we face the end—inevitable as the setting sun. In this cyclical dance of existence, every creature, from the mightiest beast to the humblest insect, participates in the same rhythm of life and death. Yet, while we share a common fate, what distinguishes our journey is not the steps we take, but the consciousness we bring to these steps. In our suffering and joy, we have the capacity to reflect, to inquire into the nature of our being, and to seek understanding. This distinction, this profound awareness, invites us to transcend mere survival and to ponder the depths of purpose. While an insect flits aimlessly in search of sustenance, we, too, may find ourselves ensnared in the web of desire and attachment. However, the suffering we endure can also be our teacher; it can awaken compassion, foster wisdom, and lead us toward liberation. Thus, rather than languishing in despair over the inevitability of suffering, we must embrace it, for within its folds lies the opportunity to cultivate meaningful connections, to nurture kindness, and to discover the profound interconnectedness of all beings. As we tread this path, we learn that our purpose may not solely rest in the fleeting roles we play—parent, spouse, friend—but in the depth of love and understanding we cultivate along the way. Each moment of existence, from the blissful to the burdensome, is a gift, inviting us to awaken fully to the beauty of life and to contribute to the tapestry of existence, thus illuminating the darkness that often surrounds us. In seeking the essence of our journey, we recognize that the inquiry itself can dissolve the boundaries we impose between ourselves and the world, revealing that to live fully, to learn deeply, and to love unconditionally is to transcend mere existence. Embrace this life, dear seeker, for in our shared experiences, lies the wisdom of the universe, calling us forth to awaken to our true nature amidst the shadows of suffering.
