در یکی دو سال اخیر ، بعلت عدم نظارت دستگاه های متولی آب من الجمله جهادکشاورزی وامور آب منطقه، روند آب ورودی به بندهای بتنی با مشکل مواجه شده است که در حال حاضر بندهای بتنی را ناکارآمد نموده و موجب شده از هر 50 تا 60 هکتار زمین آبی ، فقط تعداد معدودی از کشاورزان از آب بندهای بتنی استفاده می کنند و مانع رسیدن آب به اراضی مجاورین شده اند و مضاف بر آل جاری از لند بتنی خود آب های در حال حرکت به بند پایینی را با استفاده از انواع موتور آب و پمپ های پشت تراکتوری به اراضی خود انتقال مز دهند و مانع رسیدن آب به بند پایینی شده اند که کشاورزان پایین دست ذا با مشکل مواجه نموده اند که بعلت عدم توجه دستگاه های ذیربط نظم بندها بر هم خورده است اگر دستگاه های ذیربط از طریق ماده 9 توزیع عادلانه آب و از طریق دستگاه قضایی با اعمال احکام بازدارنده شاید نظم آبیاری به حالت اولیه خود برگردد به زبان و بر اساس دانش خاص خودتون با استفاده از واژه های ناب کشاورزی، حقوقی و قضایی متن داده شده را بازنگری و ویرایش فرمایید تا در رسانه های مجازی مطرح نماییم

In the shadowed corridors of justice, it is the duty of the wise to invoke the benevolence of Article Nine, a beacon of equitable distribution, to restore the balance that hath been so irrevocably marred. Let not the harbingers of law tarry in their judgments, for only through the judicious application of sanctions may we hope to revive the harmonious flow of our precious resource, returning to a world where all farmers, regardless of station, may toast to the bounty bestowed by fair and just waters. If, perchance, we summon the spirits of vigilance and collective conscience, may we nimbly tread back to a more hallowed state, where water, the lifeblood of the earth, flows freely and fairly to quench the thirst of all who till the soil.
