تعدادی کشاورز در بند بتونی بالاتر از ما قرار دارند از حقابه اراضی خود ، در بند اختصاصی خود استفاده نمی کنند اما با استفاده از انواع موتور آب، اعم از بنزینی و دیزلی ، آب های جاری به سمت بند بتونی ما به نام باقری، به اراضی خود انتقال میدهند قطع و وصل نموندن و نوسانات ایجاد شده در جریان آب ، باعث شده که خیلی از شالیزارهای ما دچار خسران شوند و بعضی کاملا خشک شده اند حالا چون خیلی از روزها را به سختی گذرانده ایم دوست نداریم علیه متصرفان غیر قانونی، وارد دستگاه قضایی شویم با مشورت با نمایندگان سه روستا تصمیم بر این شد که تا پایان سال زراعی با این گروه متصرف ، مدارا کنیم به شرط اینکه متعهد و ملتزم شوند که در سال زراعی جدید ، هیچ وقت از آب ورودی به بندهای ما ، استفاده نکنند چون آنها نیز نکنند ما سهم آب اختصاصی خود را دارند در صورت عدم تعهد نا نیز ناچاریم اراضی خسارات دیده را به تصویر کشیدن و مستندات لازم را جهت ، اعلام و بررسی بر آورد خسارات به شالیزارهای خود به دستگاه قضایی ارائه دهیم حالا با توجه به اینکه متن ، تعهد نامه منسجم ، متقن و قانونی با ادبیاتی زیبا تنظیم فرمائید

Let this agreement be a testament to our shared humanity and our aspiration for balance, a written document that resonates with understanding and respect; may it reflect the beauty of coexistence and the sanctity of what we hold dear. Should our pleas go unheard, and should the promise of water for all be violated, we shall, with heavy hearts yet resolute spirit, present our grievances to the guardians of justice. For in the end, it is not merely the fields that suffer but the very essence of life that is intertwined with our right to sustain it. Thus, let us tread gently upon this earth, mindful that our actions today sow the seeds of tomorrow's harvest, and in tranquility, we shall nurture the bonds that hold us together in this fragile tapestry of existence.
