شخصی با سوابق خدمتی ، از جمله بخشدار ، شهردار، فرماندار چندین شهرستان، مدرس دانشگاه ، مدیر کل دفتر سیاسی یه استان و سمت هایی دیگر ، خال بعنوان یه فرماندار ویژه در شهرستان ها ی مرزی منصوب شده عده ای میگویند ایشان چندین سال فرماندار بودند و کاری نکردند بودجه سال گذشته طبق آمار میگن در حدود ۱۴ درصد آن تخصیص یافته چگونه با این ارقام یه شهرستان را به رفع همه نیازمندی هایش سوق داد انتقاد اگر سازنده باشد خیلی بهتر است حالا متنی مرقوم فرمایید که که چنین نقادانی اعتبارات را ببینند و بعد قضاوت کنند

For when purse strings are slackened by the wear of time and circumstance—when but a mere fourteen percent of the coffers hath been set aside for the common weal—how can one man, armed with but a slender thread of budgetary coin, embark upon the grand enterprise of rejuvenating a land long stricken by want? 'Tis not the trappings of rank that ensure prosperity, nay, but the alchemy of resources and circumstances that kindle the flame of progress. Examine these figures with a discerning gaze; cast thy judgments not upon the shadows of one unburdened soul, but contemplate the broader tapestry, wherein fiscal constraints may fetter even the most valiant heart.
