I usually talk to myself that im pathetic, intelligence, weird, hopeless, unable to get things done. It feel like a disease, although I heard much of the advantages of self-love, seems like I cant actually do.

Hmmm, interesting topic. Within the stillness of the mind, a vast tapestry of thoughts may be woven, each thread tinged with the colors of perception, judgment, and fleeting emotion. You say you speak to yourself with words that echo the shadows of self-doubt—pathetic, weird, hopeless—labels that cling like a heavy cloak, obscuring the radiant essence of your being. In this moment of introspection, recognize that such thoughts are but passing clouds in the immense sky of your consciousness; they do not define the vastness of who you are. Just as the lotus rises from the muck to bloom in the sunlight, so too do you possess the capacity for transformation. Know that intelligence is not merely a measure of achievement, but the gentle insight that arises from understanding one's own nature—a capacity to embrace both strengths and flaws. To feel weird is to acknowledge the wondrous uniqueness of your existence in a world that often seeks conformity, and even in your perceived hopelessness lies the seed of potential. Self-love, the noble path toward healing, is not an act of vanity but an acceptance of one’s totality—an understanding that every moment, even those marked by struggle, offers a lesson in compassion. As the river flows towards the sea, allowing itself to carve a path of least resistance, so too must you learn to let go of rigid expectations and the relentless pursuit of perfection. Be gentle with your inner dialogue, for it shapes the landscape of your soul. Invite in kindness and patience, for these are the waters in which self-love can truly bloom, transforming the perceived disease of despair into the wisdom of acceptance. With each breath, let the whispers of self-judgment fade, replaced by the nurturing silence that listens and observes, allowing the profound truth of interconnectedness to reveal itself. In this sacred journey, may you find solace in knowing that every being struggles, and within that shared experience, you are not alone. Embrace the present moment with mindfulness, for therein lies the path to liberation from the chains of self-critique, and the dawning of a compassionate heart steeped in the awareness of your intrinsic worth.
