How I can know if I'm truly enlightened about things or it's just an illusion or hallucination of my mind
How does one truly know if they are enlightened or if it is merely a trick of the mind? This is a question that has puzzled many seekers of truth throughout the ages. The mind is a powerful tool, capable of creating illusions and hallucinations that can deceive even the most astute observer. It is in this realm of uncertainty that doubt can creep in, casting a shadow over our perceived enlightenment. In my teachings, I have often emphasized the importance of mindfulness and self-awareness in the pursuit of enlightenment. It is through the practice of meditation and introspection that one can begin to discern the true nature of their thoughts and beliefs. By observing the mind with a clear and focused awareness, one can start to separate the illusions from reality, the truth from the falsehood. But even with a dedicated practice, how can one be certain that they have reached a state of true enlightenment? The answer lies not in seeking external validation or approval, but in cultivating a deep sense of inner knowing. When one is truly enlightened, there is a profound sense of peace and contentment that goes beyond any intellectual understanding. It is a state of being that transcends the limitations of the ego and connects us with the universal truth that lies at the core of our being. So, how can you know if you are truly enlightened or if it is just a mirage of the mind? The answer lies in the stillness of your own heart, in the depths of your own soul. Trust in the wisdom that resides within you, and let go of the need for external validation. True enlightenment is not about proving anything to others, but about embodying the truth that lies at the core of your being. Trust in yourself, and the illusion of doubt will melt away, revealing the radiant light of your own true nature.
