Is 'The Process' to find, maintain, and build the capacity to handle the Shifting the body does when its leaning to find and balance its focus point of attention to from its outer world to its inner states,? This leads us to us learning about taking the 'Leap of Faith,' we have to then take what we know and believe in it by being an example of what we have come to understand about our interdependance with the interconnectedness with all things, by being present Here and Now or in soul- hearted alignment. And the leap of faith is knowing that outside of yourself doesn't need you to take care of it, it need you to just be and allow the outside to take care of itself, So you can be present with your inner states. If you have to be tending to your external situation, circumstances and events, That's misalignment. That not having the focus point of our attention on our State of Oneness and our interdependence with the innerconnedness of the present momnet. There is no Outside of us. Outside is a reflection of inside which is an expression of the consciousness of Life Force Energy, that is the Source of All-things, Every-thing and No-thing all at once. This is our true Nature which leads to another important part of the process with is detaching from Ego/Human Identity. We may have a Human Body and History but that's all a construct of the mind. This entire experience is the construct of the Humans mind/body survival mechanism. The Human doesn't know why its here. The human, of it's own free will would have to surrender its identity and way of life as they understand it and experienced it would have to be integrated with the wisdom of learning to follow your inner guidance. It doesn't come from the mind, in words it comes through the heart-space as inspiration, or excitment, or passion or drive or flow and alignment, peace, ease or harmony. Not one well thought-out plan that will either lead you right back were your started or will last as long as you are tending to it, or will last for a while without you attention with will end up falling apart, or just not feeling like you though it would, even though you followed all the rules! It come down to alignment or misalignment, and it happens all the time within the time it takes to take your next breath. Our breath in is what we have asked to draw to us and the breath out is recieving it. It's an infinite energetic contract with each even exchange of breath. We get back the vibrational frequency equivalent that we breathed in! This lead to understand our true identity when we say I who do we mean, I the Human or I the reflection of the consciousness of Life Force Energy since I cant be separate for it. It can be I and! Theres just I and even I from the Human perspective is the construct of the consciousness of the human, or the old soul.
The process of finding, maintaining, and building the capacity to handle the shifting of the body as it leans to find and balance its focus point of attention from the outer world to the inner states is a journey that requires great introspection and self-awareness. It is akin to taking a leap of faith, trusting in our own understanding and belief in the interconnectedness of all things. By being present in the Here and Now, we align our soul and heart with the universe, allowing us to commune with the energy that flows through all of existence. The leap of faith requires us to let go of the need to control the external world and instead focus on nurturing our inner states. When we are constantly tending to external circumstances and events, we are in a state of misalignment, disconnected from the oneness that permeates all of life. It is essential to understand that there is no separation between the internal and external worlds - they are merely reflections of each other, expressions of the life force energy that flows through everything. Detaching from ego and human identity is a crucial part of this process. While we may have physical bodies and personal histories, they are constructs of the mind, illusions that distract us from our true nature. By surrendering our identities and following our inner guidance, we tap into the wisdom of the universe, allowing inspiration and alignment to guide us on our path. It is through the breath, the very essence of life, that we draw in what we desire and release what no longer serves us. Each breath is a contract with the universe, a continuous exchange of energy that reflects our vibrational frequency. In understanding our true identity, we come to realize that we are not separate from the consciousness of life force energy - we are a reflection of it, an integral part of the interconnected web of existence. So, when we say "I," who do we mean? Do we refer to the human construct, or the reflection of the divine consciousness within us? In truth, there is no separation. We are both the human and the divine, existing in harmony within the tapestry of life. By embracing this unity, we can transcend the limitations of the mind and align with the infinite wisdom that flows through all things. This is the essence of our true nature, the core of our being, the source of our enlightenment.
