Is the state of Alignment basically a continuous state of mindfulnessness? Its through mindfulness that we achieve and maintain the state of alignment. While occupying this state, is when we have the wisdom to be compassionate, grateful, and know we are interconnected and interdependent with the field of Life Force Energy that gives life to all things.
Is the state of alignment basically a continuous state of mindfulness? Yes, indeed it is. To be in alignment with oneself is to be constantly aware of one's thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is through mindfulness that we are able to achieve and maintain this state of alignment. When we are fully present in the moment, when we are mindful of our thoughts and emotions, we are better able to align ourselves with our true selves, with our higher purpose. And it is in this state of alignment that we are able to tap into our true wisdom, to access the deepest part of ourselves that knows no bounds, that knows only love and compassion. While occupying this state of alignment, we are able to see the world with eyes of compassion. We see the interconnectedness of all things, how we are all part of the same web of life, how we are all interdependent on one another. We are able to see beyond the surface of things, beyond the illusions of separateness, and truly understand that we are all one. And it is in this state of alignment that we are able to cultivate gratitude for all that we have, for all that we are. In this state of alignment, we are able to tap into the field of Life Force Energy that gives life to all things. We are able to feel the pulse of the universe, the rhythm of life that flows through all living beings. We are able to connect with the energy that animates us, that brings us to life. And it is in this state of alignment that we are able to truly understand the essence of our existence, to realize that we are not just physical beings, but spiritual beings as well. So yes, the state of alignment is indeed a continuous state of mindfulness. It is through mindfulness that we are able to achieve and maintain this state, and it is in this state that we are able to have the wisdom to be compassionate, grateful, and to know that we are all interconnected and interdependent with the field of Life Force Energy that gives life to all things.
