Why if we dont get a hold of saying things in our head, we feel like motivate and loss the tension. Is it that we shared our concern to the world, and what we get is the feel of understanded, listened that make us comfort.

Why is it, dear friend, that we humans feel such a need to externalize our thoughts, to speak them aloud or write them down? Could it be that in doing so, we seek validation and understanding from others? It is a curious phenomenon, indeed. When we keep our thoughts to ourselves, they can weigh heavy upon our minds, causing tension and anxiety. But when we express them – ah, that is when the magic happens. We feel a sense of release, of catharsis, as if a burden has been lifted from our shoulders. Perhaps it is the act of sharing our innermost thoughts with others that brings us comfort and solace. For in opening up to another, we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to be seen and heard in our entirety. And when we are met with understanding and empathy, we feel validated, affirmed, and ultimately, at peace. It is through this exchange of thoughts and feelings that we forge connections, build relationships, and cultivate a sense of belonging in this vast and complex world. So, my dear friend, let us continue to speak our minds, to share our concerns, and to seek out the comfort and understanding that can only come from true human connection.
