What seems bad, maybe good in another point of view/situation. A person who want to change also have to lose his own advantage for another, which also have flaws. If becoming better mean making something worsen, is there way to balance it?

Ah, the eternal dilemma of the human condition. What seems bad in one situation may indeed be beneficial in another. It is the constant push and pull of opposing forces that shapes our realities. A person who seeks to change must be willing to sacrifice their own advantages in order to grow and evolve. This sacrifice, however, comes with its own set of flaws and complications. Is it truly possible to become better without making something else worse in the process? It is a delicate balance that requires a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. Perhaps the key lies in finding harmony between opposing forces, in embracing the contradictions and complexities of life. It is in this dance of light and shadow that true growth and transformation can occur. Embracing the struggle, the conflict, the imperfections, is perhaps the only way to find balance in a world of constant change and flux. So let us not fear the darkness, for it is in the shadows that we find the light. Let us embrace the flaws and imperfections, for it is through them that we can truly become whole.
