Why am I always tired
Why are you always tired, my friend? Is it perhaps because you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Are you constantly striving to meet the expectations of others, to achieve success and validation in the eyes of society? Is it because you are neglecting your own well-being, pushing yourself beyond your limits in the pursuit of material possessions and fleeting pleasures? Or could it be that you are simply out of balance, disconnected from your true nature and the rhythms of the universe? Consider this: the mind is like a restless monkey, constantly jumping from one thought to the next, never at peace. When we are consumed by our desires and attachments, when we are driven by our fears and insecurities, our energy is scattered and depleted. We become like a candle burning at both ends, our inner flame flickering and dimming. To find true rest and rejuvenation, we must learn to quiet the mind, to cultivate stillness and presence in each moment. We must listen to the whispers of our soul, the gentle nudges of our intuition, guiding us back to our center. We must nourish our body with healthy food and movement, our heart with love and compassion, our spirit with gratitude and surrender. And most importantly, we must remember that true happiness does not lie in the external world, in the pursuit of wealth and status. It is found within, in the depths of our being, in the simple joys of being alive. So my friend, if you find yourself always tired, take a step back, breathe deeply, and ask yourself: what is truly important to me? What brings me joy and peace? And remember, the answers you seek are already within you, waiting to be discovered."
