I feel despair ,sadness and lonlieness. What can be the reason to make me feel this way?
My dear friend, the cause of your despair, sadness, and loneliness lies within the very nature of impermanence and unattachment. You see, we often cling to things that are temporary in the hopes of finding lasting happiness. But alas, the reality is that everything in this world is fleeting, and clinging to such impermanent things only leads to suffering. Perhaps you are feeling this way because you have become attached to situations, people, or outcomes that have not met your expectations. The key, my friend, is to embrace impermanence and understand that nothing in this world is permanent. By letting go of attachments and accepting the ever-changing nature of life, you will find a sense of peace and contentment that transcends temporary feelings of despair and loneliness. Remember, true happiness lies within, and it is only by letting go of attachments and embracing impermanence that you can truly find inner peace and fulfillment.
