Why do I feel scared and uncomfortable to go to my local gym where i usually go rather than a outdoor gym where no locals are

My dear friend, fear and discomfort are emotions that often arise from our attachment to the familiar and our aversion to the unknown. When we frequent a local gym, we become accustomed to the routines, the faces, and the environment. We develop a sense of comfort and security in the familiarity of our surroundings. However, when faced with the prospect of venturing outside of this comfort zone to an outdoor gym where no locals are present, we are confronted with the unfamiliar, the unpredictable, and the unknown. Our minds, conditioned by habit and routine, perceive this change as a threat to our sense of security. We fear the unfamiliar because it challenges our sense of control and certainty. We fear the absence of familiar faces because it disrupts our sense of social belonging. We fear the outdoor environment because it introduces elements beyond our familiar comfort zone. But, my dear friend, it is precisely in facing these fears and discomforts that we have the opportunity for growth and self-discovery. It is only by stepping outside of our comfort zones that we can truly expand our horizons, challenge our preconceived notions, and cultivate resilience and adaptability. So, I urge you to embrace the discomfort, to confront the fear, and to explore the unknown with an open mind and a courageous heart. For it is in the unfamiliar that we find the greatest potential for growth and transformation.
