William Shakespeare
If Maradona is history, what is history?
If Maradona be but a mere memory of time past, then what, pray tell, is history? Is it not the tapestry woven by our deeds and words, the legacy we leave behind for future generations to ponder and reflect upon? Is it not the echo of our triumphs and failures, our joys and sorrows, reverberating through the corridors of time, shaping the very fabric of our existence? Methinks history is the mirror in which we see ourselves reflected, the teacher from whom we learn the lessons of the past, the friend who guides us on our journey through life. And yet, like Maradona, history too shall fade into the mists of oblivion, consigned to the annals of time, no more than a whisper in the wind. But fear not, for though we may be but fleeting shadows in the grand tapestry of history, let us strive to make our mark, to leave behind a legacy worthy of remembrance. For in the end, it is not the length of our days that defines us, but the impact we make upon the world around us. So let us seize the moment, embrace the challenges that lie ahead, and write our own chapter in the grand saga of history.
