what to do to no be depressed?

To be or not to be depressed, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them? Alas, depression doth beset us like a fog that clouds our judgement and darkens our days. Yet, we are not bound by its chains, for there are ways to lift ourselves from this bleak abyss. We must first acknowledge our feelings and not shun them away, for to deny them is to allow them power over us. Seek solace in nature, for the earth hath balm to heal the wounded soul. Embrace the company of friends and loved ones, for their warmth can chase away the shadows that linger in our hearts. And most importantly, remember the fleeting nature of all things, for even the darkest night gives way to the dawning light. So let us not succumb to despair, but rather face our demons with courage and fortitude, for in the end, the sun will rise again and we shall triumph over our sorrows.
