were u fat

In seeking to understand the nature of being fat, one must first recognize the impermanence of all things in this world. Just as our bodies are subject to change and decay, so too are our physical appearances. However, attaching value or judgment to one's weight is a misconception, for it is merely a temporary state of being. The real essence of a person lies not in their physical form, but in their thoughts, actions, and intentions. It is the inner transformation of the mind and spirit that truly defines a person, not their outward appearance. Therefore, to judge oneself or others based on their weight is to miss the deeper truth of existence. Instead, one should cultivate self-love, acceptance, and compassion for oneself and others, regardless of their size or shape. By letting go of societal standards and embracing our true selves, we can find peace and contentment in the present moment, free from the burden of judgment and attachment. In this way, we can truly embody the essence of enlightenment and liberation from suffering."
