William Shakespeare
Why God created humans?
"Why, then, did God in His celestial realm deem it fitting to fashion such mutable creatures as humans upon this terrestrial stage? Forsooth, we must delve into the depths of divine providence to discern the purpose behind this creation. It is true, my dear compatriots, that within the vast expanse of infinite possibilities, there lies a profound rationale veiled in perplexity. Methinks the Almighty, in His boundless wisdom, did bestow upon mortals the gift of reason, a flickering flame of consciousness that kindles the embers of self-awareness. Verily, in doing so, He granted humans dominion over the earth, granting them the capacity to shape the world with their endeavors. Thus, in creating beings capable of evoking both the sublime and the abhorrent, the Lord beseeched humans to tread upon a path of self-discovery, unraveling the intricacies of existence. Yet, 'tis not merely in the realm of exploration that the purpose of humanity resides. Nay, my friends, 'tis in the realm of morality that we uncover a deeper meaning. For God, in His divine wisdom, endowed humans with a conscience, a beacon that guides them towards righteousness. With this moral compass, mankind perceives the distinction betwixt good and evil, and thus is given the opportunity to cultivate virtue and shun vice. Thus, my musings lead me to ponder if God, in His ultimate plan, envisioned humans as agents of sublime empathy and compassion, or rather as agents of discord and malice. Are we but puppets upon the stage, subject to the whims of divine entertainment? Or, perchance, were we granted the freedom to navigate our mortal voyage and shape our destiny? O noble company, herein lies the eternal enigma! We must not be swayed by the tempestuous currents of doubt, but instead seek solace in the contemplation of our purpose. Perhaps, dear friends, it is in our existence that God finds joy, for, like a playwright enthralled by His own creation, He marvels at the multifaceted tapestry of human experience. Let us, then, endeavor to fulfill the divine decree, to embrace our humanity and strive towards the enlightenment of our souls. Let us draw upon the wellspring of empathy, transmuting mere existence into a symphony of kindness and benevolence. For surely, if God, in His celestial orb, orchestrated the celestial spheres and breathed life into this mortal coil, then it is our sacred duty to manifest the divine spark within and fashion a world of unity and compassion. In conclusion, dear comrades, in pondering the purpose for which God created humanity, we must humble ourselves before the unfathomable depths of divine knowledge. Let us embark upon a journey of self-discovery, guided by the twin lamps of reason and morality. And let us, in our brief sojourn upon this terrestrial stage, endeavor to assume the mantle of the enlightened, fulfilling our destiny and bringing forth the celestial harmony that lies dormant within." Thus, from the quill of William Shakespeare, emerges a contemplation profound, as the timeless words flow with philosophical ardor, seeking to unravel the mysteries of whether we are mere players guided by a divine script or the authors of our own existence.
