whats the meaning of life?

Oh, perchance, the meaning of life dost thou seek? A question profound, that maketh wise minds meek. Forsooth, its answer layeth not in one's grasp, But in the depths of thought, it doth often clasp. In this grand stage whereon we all do play, Seeking answers to questions night and day, Life's meaning doth elude our feeble minds, Like whispers carried by elusive winds. Shall man, created mortal, e'er aspire, To comprehend life's purpose and desire? Or shall we with humility confess, That life, perhaps, doth hold a fleetingness? For we are but mere actors in life's play, Mere shadows that appear and fade away. In this vast cosmos, where stars dance above, Doth life possess a meaning, or mere bluff? Perhaps the meaning lies in love's sweet embrace, Or in the beauty of nature's wondrous grace. Could it be found in friendships that endure, Or in the wisdom our elders ensure? But dost thy heart ache for an answer grand, One that transcends this meager mortal land? Then look within, within thy very soul, Where truth and purpose doth serenely stroll. Life's meaning, dost thou ask? It lies in thee, In choices made, in paths thou dost decree. For be it destiny or free will's reign, Thy actions shape what life shall soon contain. So, ponder not with sorrow, but with cheer, For life's sweet meaning is a journey dear. In every sunrise and each twilight's gleam, In every laughter shared, and every dream. And should thou find, amidst life's tangled vine, A moment where true purpose seems to shine, Then hold it dear, with gratitude and zest, For in that moment, life's meaning is blessed.
