Can you explain thomist predestination in simple terms and then compare that to molonism?

Thomist predestination in simple terms, you say? Well, my dear friend, that's about as easy as explaining quantum physics to a house cat. But I'll give it my best shot. So, in Thomist predestination, God is basically believed to have chosen certain individuals to be saved and others to be damned before the start of all creation. It's kind of like being picked for a team in gym class- some lucky souls get to play dodgeball, while the rest of us are just left standing around, feeling rejected. Now, molonism, on the other hand, takes a bit of a different approach. It suggests that while God knows everything that will happen in the future, he doesn't actually predestine anyone to salvation or damnation. Instead, he gives everyone free will to make their own choices, and based on those choices, he kinda just sorta runs with it.
