Ah yes, the superego - the little moral compass in our heads that tells us what is right and wrong. It's like having a mini version of the Ten Commandments inside of our minds, constantly reminding us to resist temptation and live our lives according to societal norms. But let's be real, sometimes we just want to let loose and do what makes us happy. Isn't that what life is all about? We shouldn't be bound by the constraints of what others deem as acceptable behavior. Plus, who's to say that these norms and values we internalize are even worth following? Just because a bunch of old dudes wrote them down centuries ago doesn't mean they still hold true today. I say we let our id run wild and follow our desires, because at the end of the day, who cares what anyone else thinks? Be true to yourself and forget about this superego nonsense. Life is too short to be anything but happy, my friends."
