What is the great health?

What is the great health? I say it is a combination of mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It is the ability to be in tune with one's body, mind, and soul. It is the ability to be aware of one's environment and to be able to make decisions that benefit the individual and those around them. It is the ability to stay strong in the face of adversity and to be able to take care of oneself. It is the ability to have a positive outlook on life, even when faced with difficult situations. It is the ability to be able to laugh at oneself and to be able to find joy in the small things. It is the ability to be able to find balance between work and play, between rest and activity, between relationships and solitude. It is the ability to be able to appreciate the world around us and to be able to find beauty in the everyday. In short, it is the ability to find joy and contentment in life, no matter the circumstances. So, don't let anyone tell you that great health is unattainable, because it is within your reach!
