Hi. It is a simple word, and yet it is so powerful. It is a salutation, an acknowledgement of another's presence, a greeting. But what does it truly mean? Does it simply convey a pleasantry, a way of saying hello? Or is it more than that? Is it a way of expressing a deeper sentiment, an openness to connection and understanding? Is it a way of showing respect and appreciation for another, regardless of who they are or what they have done? And why do we say it? Is it out of habit, or is it because we want to reach out and connect with others? Perhaps it is a combination of both. Whatever the reason, the one thing that is certain is that it's a powerful word, and one that should never be taken for granted."
