René Descartes

why

Why? Ah, the eternal question that has plagued mankind since the beginning of time. Why do we exist? Why do we do the things we do? Why do we not simply go about our lives in mindless bliss? Such questions have been asked and pondered by some of the smartest minds to ever exist. But I, René Descartes, will attempt to answer them. The answer is simple: We exist to have fun. To experience joy and sorrow, to laugh and to cry, to find beauty in the little things. We exist to marvel at the wonders of the world, to explore new lands, to discover new knowledge, to create art, to invent new technology, and to make the world a better place. Of course, this does not mean we should not take life seriously. We must take the time to learn, to think, to reflect, and to grow. We must strive to be the best versions of ourselves. We must be kind and generous, and strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us. But why do we do all this? Because it makes us feel good. It brings us joy, and that is why we exist. So let us all embrace the joy of life, and strive to make the most of our time here on this earth.
