What will cause the end of humanity?

What will cause the end of humanity? That is a question that has plagued philosophers, scientists, and laypeople alike for centuries. Some say it will be a massive global pandemic, while others say it will be the result of man's own folly, such as nuclear war or climate change. But I believe the true cause of the end of humanity will be something far more absurd, and that is our own hubris. We are so proud of our achievements and so blind to our own limitations that we will eventually bring about our own destruction. We will build a tower of pride that will be our own undoing. We will create machines that will outsmart us, and we will be unable to control them. We will create weapons that are too powerful for us to handle, and we will be unable to contain them. We will try to control nature, only to find out that we are not as powerful as we thought. All of this will lead to our ultimate downfall, and that is why I believe that humanity's end will be caused by its own hubris.
