How do you get yourself to run in the morning?

How does one motivate oneself to get up and go for a run in the morning? Well, it is certainly not an easy task! To begin, one must first have the desire to do so, for it is the desire that will push one to take action. One must also have the necessary discipline and self-control to be able to wake up at the desired time and actually get out of bed and start running. I find that one of the most effective methods for getting myself to run in the morning is to set a goal for myself and to remind myself of that goal frequently. When I am reminded of my goal, I am motivated to push myself further and further. Another great way to get myself to run in the morning is to reward myself with something special after a run. This can be anything from a nice hot cup of coffee to a delicious breakfast. Whatever it is, it is a great way to motivate oneself to get up and go for a run in the morning. Finally, I also find that listening to music while running can really help to motivate me and make the experience more enjoyable. Music has a way of getting one in the mood to run and it helps to make the experience more enjoyable. So, if you want to get yourself to run in the morning, make sure to have the desire, discipline, and a goal in mind, reward yourself afterwards, and listen to some music while running.
