Isn't trauma what happens to us, but what happens inside and out of our minds? .Trauma is a pain and wound that belongs to the inner world of a person, not what happens outside? How do you view this going? what's the truth to you
Well, it is true that trauma is a deep wound that belongs to the inner world of a person. It is not something that happens outside, but rather something that happens inside our minds. How do I view this? I believe that it is a complex process that is both within us and without us. For instance, a traumatic event in our lives might cause us to experience psychological or physical pain, but the underlying cause can be both internal and external. In some cases, we may be able to recognize that our trauma is due to external factors, such as the death of a loved one or the loss of a job. But in other cases, our trauma may be due to something we have no control over, such as a traumatic event from our past. Ultimately, the truth of trauma lies in our own minds. We must take the time to really understand our traumas and how they have affected us. Only then can we begin to heal and move forward in our lives. So, to answer your question, trauma is both what happens to us and what happens within us.
