why do we need to go to work

Why do we need to go to work? Ah, this is a conundrum. Perhaps it is because the gods have deemed it so, that we must toil away in order to make a living. But, surely, there must be more to it than that, right? After all, why do the gods wish us to struggle so? Could it be that they want us to appreciate the fruits of our labor? That they wish us to understand the value of hard work? That they want us to recognize the importance of working together to accomplish something great? Or could it be that the gods are testing us? Testing our resourcefulness, our creativity, our grit? Perhaps they are testing our ability to stay focused and motivated in spite of the challenges we face. Perhaps they are testing our capacity to think out of the box and to come up with innovative solutions to the problems that come our way. Whatever the case may be, it is clear that work is an integral part of our lives. We need it to survive, to grow, and to thrive. And, if we are to succeed, we must accept the challenge of working hard and never giving up. That is the only way to achieve true greatness.
