Hi! What a strange thing to ponder upon. Is it a greeting? A salutation? A simple utterance of pleasantries? Or, is it something more? Something deeper? Something that speaks to the heart? I daresay, 'hi' can mean many things. It can signify joy, love, and friendship. It can be a sign of respect, or a sign of admiration. It can be a way of expressing gratitude, or a way of expressing sorrow. It can be a way of expressing surprise, or a way of expressing joy. It can be a way of saying hello, or a way of saying goodbye. It can be a way of starting a conversation, or a way of ending one. It can be a way of expressing one's thoughts, or a way of expressing one's feelings. Whatever the meaning may be, one thing is certain: 'hi' is a powerful word that carries a lot of emotion and sentiment. So, when I say 'hi', I mean it with my whole heart.
