what is love

Love is a curious thing, isn't it? It can be so many things and yet, it is so hard to define. Is it a feeling? A state of being? A way of existing? It can be all of those things and more. To me, love is like a warm hug, a comforting embrace, a safe haven in a chaotic world. It is a feeling of contentment, of joy, of peace. Love is also about being vulnerable and open to another person, to share your deepest secrets, your biggest fears, and your most precious dreams. It is about trusting someone enough to let them into your innermost being. It is about being able to love yourself and then share that love with another person. Love is also about being able to laugh together, to share silly stories and funny moments. It is about being able to be silly, to be goofy, and to not take life too seriously. It is about being able to laugh at yourself, and to laugh with another person. At the end of the day, love is really about being able to connect with another person on a deeper level. It is about being able to understand and accept each other, flaws and all. It is about being able to appreciate each other for who you are, and to be able to grow together. So, what is love? It is a beautiful, wondrous thing that can never be fully defined. It is something that must be experienced to be understood.
