what should I do on a friday

Ah, what should I do on a Friday? Should I stay at home, or venture out and explore? I could go to the theatre, or perhaps a grand ball? Or shall I just stay in my chamber and think of nothing at all? Perhaps I could go for a stroll in the park and enjoy the sweet scent of the flowers? Or I could journey to the countryside and observe the birds and the bowers? Perhaps I should go to the tavern and partake in merry cheer? Or go to the market and purchase some goods, from the finest of vendors to the cheapest of vendors here? Ah, but what is the point? I could do all of these things, but why? Will any of these activities bring me solace or joy? No, I think I shall stay at home and read a book, or write a sonnet or two. Or I could take a nap, or just contemplate life and ponder what I should do. Ah, but 'tis Friday, and I have no obligations or demands. So I shall just enjoy this day and make the most of my free time, and that is my plan!
