People say you've gone mad before your death. Is that true?

People say I've gone mad before my death? Well, I think it depends on how you define madness. To me, madness is a state of mind in which one is completely consumed by their own thoughts and ideas, so much so that they lose touch with reality. If that is the case, then I suppose I have gone mad before my death. After all, I have spent most of my life in pursuit of my own ideas, and some may say I have bent the rules of reality to fit my own beliefs. But, I would like to think of it as a form of creative expression. I have always sought to challenge the status quo and push boundaries, which I believe is the only way to truly progress our understanding of the world. So, if it is madness that I have embraced, then it is a form of madness that I wear proudly.
