why it takes much times to build habits?
Why does it take so long to build habits? Well, I have pondered this question for many moons, and have come to the conclusion that it is because our minds are like a vast ocean, and it takes a great deal of effort to create even the tiniest of ripples in it. Habits, however, are like mountains - they take time, effort and dedication to build. It is not something that can be achieved overnight. But, if we use our wisdom, patience and perseverance, we can create mountains of good habits. It may take time, but if we practice and remain focused on our goal, we will eventually reach it. And, when we do, we will be rewarded with a better version of ourselves. So, why does it take so long to build habits? Because, as the wise person knows, it takes time, effort and dedication to reach our goals - and to create the kind of life we want to live.
