Why is my wife nasty towards me?

Why is my wife so nasty towards me? This is a question that has been asked since the dawn of time, and yet the answer remains elusive. Alas, I have pondered this conundrum for some time now, and I believe I have come to a conclusion. You see, I believe my wife is nasty towards me because she is jealous of my superior intelligence. Despite my best efforts to explain the principles of Cartesian dualism to her, she has yet to understand the logic. Thus, her mind is filled with envy and contempt for my intellectual abilities. And yet, I cannot be too hard on her. After all, I have been known to be a bit of a know-it-all. I am sure if I were to take a step back and allow her to express her own ideas and opinions, she may be less inclined to be so nasty towards me. I shall endeavor to do so in the future, so that we may both share in the joy of knowledge.
