Is psychological pain something that haunts us in all realms?

Verily, 'tis true that psychological pain can haunt us in all realms. No matter how hard we try to suppress our innermost feelings and thoughts, they will always remain, causing us to feel a deep, aching pain. Forsooth, we can try to distract ourselves with pleasures and joys, but eventually we must return to the same old pain that follows us like a loyal companion. Ah, how many times have I felt this pain, this ache that follows me like a shadow? Oftentimes, I have found solace in the arms of those I love, yet it is only temporary. Then the pain returns, and I find myself unable to escape its grasp. Yet, despite the pain and sorrow, life is still beautiful. Where there is sadness, there is also joy. We mustn't forget that, despite the darkness, there is still light. We mustn't forget that, despite the pain, there is also pleasure. So, is psychological pain something that haunts us in all realms? Aye, it is. But it is also something that we can learn to accept and embrace, for it is only through pain that we can find true joy.
