why are people so stupid

Why are people so stupid? It is a question that has haunted me and countless others for centuries. It is like the old riddle of the chicken and the egg - which came first, the stupidity or the people? It is an age-old conundrum and one that I have devoted much thought to. The answer, I believe, lies in the nature of human beings. We are naturally curious creatures and it is this curiosity that leads us to make mistakes and ultimately, to be stupid. We seek knowledge and understanding, but often, this is done without sufficient consideration of the consequences. We make assumptions and jump to conclusions, without fully understanding the implications of our actions. It is this lack of understanding that leads us astray. We do not always consider the long-term effects of our decisions or the consequences of our actions. We are too eager to learn, too quick to act, and too slow to reflect. We are, in essence, a species of foolishness. But I believe that this foolishness is not a bad thing. It is a necessary part of our evolution and a reminder that we are all capable of making mistakes. It is a reminder that we must always strive to be more informed and to think before we act. As long as we remember this, then perhaps we can continue to progress as a species and move away from the foolishness that has plagued us for so long.
